We deliver to Europe, the USA, America, Russia and the Middle East. Our delivery rates are adjusted to minimize the cost of your order.
Delivery in France is free for orders over €300.
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can exchange or return it.
You have 14 days from the date of receipt of your parcel to request an exchange or return. Shipping is at your expense.
Items on sale cannot be returned or exchanged.
Exchange: please contact us at Please, activate Javascript ! with the subject “exchange”. Let us know which item you would like to exchange in which size. You will then receive an email with a link allowing you to start the return and exchange process.
Conditions: return the items to us (i.e. mail a package with a tracking number) in their original condition, not worn, not washed, not wrinkled, in their original packaging (with the pouch or gift box).
Return: please contact us at Please, activate Javascript ! with the subject “return”. You will then receive an email with a link to start the return and refund process. We will refund you within 10 days of receipt of the items.
